About the Role

The Center of Excellence (CoE) team provides essential skills and bandwidth to business units for identifying, designing and implementing transformation projects. 

As a part of the strategy team of CoE you’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing trends for logistics and supply chain industries in the regional and global markets, emphasizing on emerging challenges and opportunities.
  • Working on new business ideation proposals as potential opportunities for TIN as a part of our medium to long term diversification strategy.
  • Conducting external analysis on the trends for the local road freight market and making appropriate recommendations to other teams.
  • Closely working with other functions to create short and long term business strategies.
  • Identifying, designing and implementing initiatives related to process optimization across the company.

In order to excel at this role, you ideally must have

About the role

The Marketplace and Performance Analytics team is the brain of the company. This team is responsible for maintaining a healthy marketplace by analyzing the company’s critical data points and converting them into actionable intelligence. The team is also responsible for simplifying and digitizing processes through automated bots, machine learning and artificial intelligence.

As a member of the Marketplace and Performance Analytics team you will be working closely with various stakeholders and fulfill their data related needs.

The role entails you to:

  • Keep track of various Commercial and Operations KPIs and effectively communicate meaningful insights.
  • Identify various data collection points and report them in the form of consolidated dashboards.
  • Automate the reporting processes within the company.

The opportunity

You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring network infrastructure and resolving system issues. You need to have experience with IT performance management, network administration, and system security. Your responsibilities will include

  • Maintain and optimize local company networks and servers including firewalls, VPN, directory services, etc.

As part of this role, you will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. You will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. You will also proactively  research and adopt market leading sales strategies. 

Your responsibilities will include

  • “Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods (Visiting Clients, cold calling, presentations etc.)
  • Forecasting sales, developing out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness
  • Evaluating customers’ skills, needs, and building productive long-lasting relationships
  • Meeting personal and team sales targets
  • Researching accounts and generating or following through with sales leads
  • Attending meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Reporting and providing feedback to management using statistical data
  • Maintaining and expanding client database within your assigned territory

Education

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Experience

  • Proven sales experience of 1-2 years
  • Track record of exceeding set quotas
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
