About the Role

The Center of Excellence (CoE) team provides essential skills and bandwidth to business units for identifying, designing and implementing transformation projects. 

As a part of the strategy team of CoE you’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing trends for logistics and supply chain industries in the regional and global markets, emphasizing on emerging challenges and opportunities.
  • Working on new business ideation proposals as potential opportunities for TIN as a part of our medium to long term diversification strategy.

About the role

The Marketplace and Performance Analytics team is the brain of the company. This team is responsible for maintaining a healthy marketplace by analyzing the company’s critical data points and converting them into actionable intelligence. The team is also responsible for simplifying and digitizing processes through automated bots, machine learning and artificial intelligence.

As a member of the Marketplace and Performance Analytics team you will be working closely with various stakeholders and fulfill their data related needs.

The role entails you to:

  • Keep track of various Commercial and Operations KPIs and effectively communicate meaningful insights.
  • Identify various data collection points and report them in the form of consolidated dashboards.

Product and Engineering

About the role

This is a dynamic role in the Commercial team where you will be looking at onboarding and maintaining active client accounts for Truck It In. Your work day will be a mix of working from the office as well as frequent travel to clients’ premises.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct sales meetings

  • Figure out innovative sales tactics to meet and exceed team and individual targets

Finance

About the Role

The Finance Lead is responsible for functions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and general accounting procedures. 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable & receivables
  • Responsible for day-to-day financial operations and posting of daily accounting transactions along with reconciliation with bank statements.
  • Regularly monitor fixed asset register, acquisition, disposal, depreciation and its schedule.
  • Prepare and provide assistance in preparation of monthly financial statements and its related schedule for statutory audit.
  • Assistance in month end closing activities.
  • Prepares tax challan / PSID, income tax withholding and sales tax filing and compliance (Federal & provincial).
  • Liaison with consultant and lawyer for compliance and statutory return filing. 
  • Provide assistance in implementation of ERP and its related financial controls
  • Provide assistance with the annual audit process & supporting documents including the draft preparation of financial statements and related notes/schedule.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Work closely with team members to support the month-end and year-end close process.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Min 3-5 years of experience in relevant roles. Hands on experience with Pakistan taxation would be an added advantage. 
  • Education: ACCA, ICMAP, CA-Finalist, BBA, MBA
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process.
  • Provide management with insights into drivers of revenue and expenses, as well as risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders to determine financial data/information availability; build in-depth understanding of business needs and requirements; anticipate customers’ needs and identify strategic opportunities to grow the business in a sustainable way.
  • Initiate and complete strategic financial analysis and projects.

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: BBA in Economics or Finance / ACCA / CA – CFA will be a plus.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in forecasting, financial modeling and critical evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
