We are looking for an amazing Senior Business Process Excellence Executive across our offices in Pakistan. You will be a part of an energetic team where the opportunity to learn and grow will only be limited by your internal motivation and drive to develop yourself as a professional.

Responsibility: 

  • Take E2E ownership in designing business processes
  • Lead workshops with business and product functions to review and align business processes
  • Act as coach and point of contact after processes are implemented throughout the organization
  • Wear the continuous improvement hat to identify optimization opportunities in the business processes

Education qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Innovation Management, Project Management or related field of study
  • Master’s degree in related field of study will be preferred 

Work experience:

  • 1+ year of business consulting or process management experience
  • 1+ years of experience in project management
  • 1+ years of experience in working with product and/or IT function
  • Experienced in business process designing convention (i.e. BPMN 2.0) 
  • Experienced in business process designing tools (i.e. Camunda, ARIS, Visio, etc.)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and moderation skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Industry experience: 

  • Business / process consulting 
  • Distribution logistics / Transportation (trucking, rail, sea, etc.) / Sales / Finance

The DevOps Engineer in TIN is responsible for building, continuous monitoring, deploying and supporting a variety of Truck IT IN verticals in the cloud. The DevOps Engineer is responsible for supporting the build and deployment of various applications and to provide subject matter experience and expertise to support system operations services.


Required Skills:
• Bachelors in Computer Sciences/Software Engineering

• 5-7 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer

• Prior experience in implementing applications in container technologies like Docker is a must.

• In depth knowledge and hands on experience onAWS ECS, ECR, Fargate, RDS, and ELBExperience in Docker, Git version control system, Puppet, Chef, Ansible and Jenkins

• Hands-on expertise in DevOps CI/CD & VCS tools; Git, AWS Developer Tools, etc.

• Technical knowledge of infrastructure components such as Networks, Firewall, File Systems, Linux servers with hands on experience.

• Hands on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, e.g. Terraform, AWS CDK, AWS Cloud Formation.

• Hands on experience with AWS resources like Firehose, Redshift, EFS and Elastic Beanstalk

• Hands on experience with Database, server performance, security fine tuning ,server hardening Implementation, maintenance, monitoring and alerting.

• Hands-on experience with NoSql data sources like redis and dynamoDB

• Experience with Network Management Systems, Network Monitoring, Load Balancers and cloud networking tools

• Preferred to have AWS Certification

  • Certifications for TRUCK IT IN (ISO Certifications and others)
